Wendy has scaled a FinTech startup from employee 23 to employee 500 and a $100 million dollar exit. She can help you grow your business to the next milestone — from starting out to scaling up. 

Wendy has consulted with 25 venture-backed tech startups — with a 64% exit rate — building their talent strategy and training their recruiters and hiring managers how to find the people they need to grow their business.  Her entrepreneur clients grow their business by building strong people relationships — both on their teams and in their communities, making the most of their time, and using their unique gifts and talents to their advantage. 

Wendy led award winning programs as the Director of Youth and Family Services for the YMCA of Central Maryland and has taught in both public schools and Montessori schools.  She was an early leader in work supporting families with children with ADHD.  She now specializes in helping neurodivergent founders leverage the superpower of their ADHD.
