Wendy led award winning programs as the Director of Youth and Family Services for the YMCA of Central Maryland and has taught in both public schools and Montessori schools. She was an early leader in work supporting families with children with ADHD. She now specializes in helping neurodivergent founders leverage the superpower of their ADHD.
