Accomplished entrepreneur and CEO, Steve Lomas leads two Nashville-based firms: MojoMediaPros, a digital marketing agency founded in 2003, and The Roster Agency, a creative talent staffing company launched in 2022. Leveraging his experience as a Fortune 500 innovator, serial startup founder, and former EdTech executive, Lomas excels in utilizing emerging technologies for creative development, promotion, and marketing of products and services.

His impressive client portfolio includes Dreamworks, Xerox, Panasonic, EA Games, ACT, College Board, Sesame Learning, and the Southern Poverty Law Center. A lifelong advocate for the freelance economy, Lomas has managed hundreds of freelancers throughout his career.

Drawing on his experience in the Los Angeles film and television industry, Lomas contributed to talent acquisition at lynda.com (now LinkedIn Learning), where he successfully recruited top authors to the platforrm. He now leverages these skills to cultivate a robust freelance network for The Roster.

Lomas is a graduate of Art Center College of Design, where he also served as an adjunct faculty member for 12 years. Passionate about supporting the entrepreneurial community, he actively volunteers as a mentor at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, coaching over 100 early-stage startups. Additionally, he serves as an advisor on the Nossi College of Art Graphic Design Advisory Board. His career is marked by a dedication to innovation, education, and the advancement of the digital and creative industries.
