About Ryan Wasko:

Ryan Wasko is a dedicated strategic business partner and expert problem solver with extensive experience in turnaround operations and continuous improvement. With a background in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University and nearly two decades of experience as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Ryan has successfully led transformative initiatives across multiple industries.

At Fortune 100 companies, Ryan spearheaded numerous operational excellence projects, including commissioning a $50 million automated storage and retrieval system for the largest volume distribution center in the Coca-Cola North America supply chain.

Today, as the Director of Continuous Improvement at JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, Ryan helps build automated solutions for a diverse range of industries, including automotive, defense, aerospace, medical and life sciences, consumer products, food and beverage, and amusement. He oversees all continuous improvement projects and problem-solving training across global operations, leading high-performing teams, coaching executives, and developing training programs that foster a culture of innovation and efficiency. Ryan’s strategic initiatives have consistently resulted in substantial process optimizations, cost savings, and enhanced operational performance.
