Rich is an angel investor focused on early to growth stage companies and an executive consultant for venture funds and global businesses. He served more than 25 years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Experimental Test Pilot, Program Manager, and Acquisitions Professional.

Rich has served in executive positions leading and managing large organizations with several hundred employees, multi-million dollar annual operating budgets, and over one billion dollars in assets. He successfully led an education-focused 501c(3) as the Chair and board president, and created public/private partnerships to include the Innovation & Technology Expo for the MCAS Miramar Air Show which hosts nearly 300,000 visitors annually. His portfolio of experience also includes large Biotech/Pharma manufacturing operations and dual-use/national security technologies. He has an academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Experimental Flight Test, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Global Business Leadership.
