Paige is an experienced strategy consultant, change leader, and facilitator that leads with an empathetic human-centric approach to enable her to quickly develop trusting relationships, build momentum, and accelerate change. She leverages her strong communication and facilitation skills to engage cross-functional teams and drive towards alignment and consensus around complex changes. Paige’s consulting experience includes strategic planning, change management, process optimization, design thinking, cultural transformation, team development, and talent strategy. Paige is passionate about team development and motivating teams to achieve the same goal. 

She is a Nashville native, on the Board for Junior Achievement, and a TN Promise mentor. She has been consulting for 10 years and has had the opportunity to work with companies in a variety of industries (Healthcare, Music, Technology, Retail) that are at different places in their growth cycle. She has worked with large organizations, startups, government, and nonprofits.
