Micaela is an alumna of Vanderbilt University with a diverse background in education and consulting. After beginning her career as a teacher, she pivoted into the consulting world at Accenture in their Talent & Organization practice. She now leverages her skills to drive impactful projects at a boutique strategy start-up consulting firm, where she brings her background as a change manager to a variety of projects and engagements. Micaela is deeply committed to giving back to the community, particularly by mentoring high school and college students. She believes in the power of resilience and community, and she dedicates her time to helping students navigate their academic and professional journeys.
