He founded Mediakraft Networks, Germany’s leading YouTube creative agency and one of Europe’s largest multi-channel entertainment networks at the time. His early work in digital talent acquisition helped shape the future of the creator economy.

For nearly nine years, he served as Co-Founder and COO of DARVIS, Inc., a machine learning startup focused on visibility and automation in healthcare, supply chains, and security. His leadership at DARVIS played a key role in advancing AI-driven automation, and he remains a strong advocate for turning Nashville into a major tech hub.

Outside of work, Jan enjoys spending time with his family, dogs, and playing pickleball—his newest passion. A lifelong fan of German Techno, he believes great beats keep the energy high at any hour.
