About Erin Wilkins:
As Market President at Press Ganey Associates, Erin Wilkins ensures that clients are extracting optimal value from the partnership, overseeing a team of individuals who serve as strategic leads for clients within KY, TN, MS and OH. Erin is an innovative, mission-driven leader with 25+ years’ experience helping organizations navigate disruption. She is passionate about healthcare and focuses on partnering with executives on implementing platforms, processes and tech needed to drive patient and employee experience care across enterprises.
Erin has held successive roles of evolving and increased responsibility at Press Ganey. Most recently, Erin served as both Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Talent Officer at Press Ganey. In these roles, she led enterprise-wide leadership for Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Learning/Leadership Development. Additionally, Erin also led the Commercial Operations function, ensuring that client-facing teams were equipped with the strategy, skills, processes and technology to offer clients optimal value. Throughout these roles, she built deep functional expertise in a range of areas that she brings forward in all executive interactions including business strategy, M&A cultural integration, human capital strategy and operational excellence. Erin enjoys translating disparate, complex ideas into synthesized strategies and meaningful operational frameworks that yield results at scale.
Prior to her executive roles, she oversaw client relationships across the Southeast as a Region President. She played an integral role in developing strategic partnerships with numerous large health care systems, working together to deliver on the Press Ganey mission of reducing suffering by supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
Before joining Press Ganey, Erin was in management consulting at both Aon Consulting and Accenture, providing strategic guidance to companies on employee engagement, human capital and change management. She directed Aon’s national body of research on workforce commitment in the health care field, spoke frequently at the American Society for Health Care Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA) and authored multiple articles on cultivating workforce commitment and culture change.
Erin is an active member of the Nashville Healthcare Council and is a former Council Fellow. Additionally, Erin is an active member of Chief and Women Business Leaders (WBL) in Healthcare.
Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and an MBA from the University of Miami. She lives in Brentwood, TN.
