Colleen McLeod:

Director, NASA

About Colleen McLeod:

I am a dynamic leader with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, sales leadership, and innovation, particularly within the Consumer Product goods and space industries. I hold an Executive Master’s Degree in Space Leadership, Business, and Policy from Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management and an MBA in Global Innovation, from which I graduated both degrees with distinction. These academic achievements have given me a solid foundation for navigating the complex intersections of business, space exploration, and global markets.

As the Director of Sales for a leading organic tequila brand and the founder of a consulting firm focused on sustainable food and beverage for the space industry, I have successfully bridged the gap between traditional markets and emerging technologies.

I am also a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am on a mission to inspire those without a traditional science or technology background to find their place in the space industry. My commitment to mentorship is further reflected in my Director of Women in Leadership role with the Space Force Association, where I work to empower women in this rapidly evolving field.

In addition to my professional work, I have authored three children's books to inspire the next generation of leaders. I regularly publish articles, speak at conferences, and appear on podcasts, sharing my insights on space agriculture, wellness in space, sustainable business practices, and more.

Through my involvement with the Wond'ry Program, I look forward to sharing my expertise and fostering meaningful connections within a vibrant community of innovators.
