My wife Elizabeth and I live in Lebanon, TN and we are proud 'empty-nesters,' having moved to Tennessee in 2022 from Orange County, California. I am originally from southeastern PA (Devon) just outside of Philadelphia and went to a very small parochial school on the Main Line. I graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and Minors in Computer Science and Mathematics. We have (2) children, one who is a Master Teacher in the Nashville School District (and also the mother of our first grandchild), and the other is working on his PhD in Atmospheric Research and Oceanographic Studies in Southern California. 

I have been fortunate to work for many diverse organizations, as well as having started several different companies ranging from consulting services to wine importing and distributing, to a very successful consumer electronics venture, to a pet-based CBD family business and a variety of professional service organizations in between. I also have extensive experience working for and with Private Equity firms and the challenges that implies. I am an engineer by trade who is comfortable at the engineering, product marketing, operations and at the corporate financial level.

My skill set can best be described as a jack-of-all-trades, and a master of many of them. I have been an Owner/Operator, CEO, CMO, COO, EVP, Business Development Manager, Corporate Restructuring and Compliance Officer and a Change Agent.
