About Amy Berardi:

As a seasoned marketing leader, Amy Berardi has built a 20+-year career working with global luxury, retail, and hospitality brands like Tory Burch, Kenzo, and Heinemann Americas across North and South America. Drawing on her multilingual expertise in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she has successfully launched and grown these brands in key international markets including Brazil, the United States, and the Caribbean. At multinational companies such as LVMH, Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, the world leader in luxury consumer goods, Amy has held senior marketing and communications positions where she gained expertise in international product development and launch strategies. With diverse experience across fashion, beauty, and travel retail, Amy has overseen a wide range of marketing functions including branding, content creation, digital marketing, e-commerce, and visual merchandising.

In addition to her corporate roles, Amy is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She has served on the board of the Florida chapter of CISV International, a global organization dedicated to educating and inspiring peace through intercultural friendship and cooperation amongst children. In this capacity, Amy has held positions as Secretary, Vice President, and Webmaster. Additionally, Amy volunteers as a pro bono consultant with The Acceleration Project, an advisory firm that supports the growth of small businesses, with a focus on women and entrepreneurs of color. Drawing on her marketing and entrepreneurial expertise, Amy provides strategic guidance on topics like customer acquisition, marketing planning, and digital best practices. Amy also shares her insights as a guest speaker at the University of Illinois' Gies College of Business, where she has addressed topics like intercultural competencies, brand management, and innovation for undergraduate and graduate students.

With a BS in Marketing and a Minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, Amy's educational background and global mindset are assets to her work and community involvement.
